Coral Branch and seahorse pendant
The artefact
Refined seahorses in burnished silver are anchored in a dynamic position onto the coral branch of this prized pendant in a fluctuating composition among flimsy seaweed in gold plate. Realised in filigree, a technique taken from the local goldsmith tradition with experimental approach and innovative forms, this pendant is part of the line inspired by the marine world in which this goldsmith skilfully reinterprets animals and creatures of the sea in a production of unique jewels of rare originality and beauty.
